Amazing experience yesterday with diagnosis followed by surgery carried out by a brilliant team of caring, positive and cheerful staff. Much admired and appreciated
Absolutely brilliant department. The Consultants and Doctors are professional, friendly and always explain the prognosis, treatment and aftercare. Appointments are always ontime and treatment is often completed immediately. If asked always agree to the students being allowed to examine you - they are the Consultants of the future. 5 Stars.
Excellent service, lovely staff and very caring..We stopped for a coffee on the way out and the staff serving in the quick cafe and the young lad cleaning the cafe area were eceptional...He never stopped and honestly he was a credit..
Such amazing, caring, professional staff. Can't say enough positive words about them all. I feel very lucky to have the RVI in Newcastle.
Supposedly shouldnt wait longer than 18 week for an appointment from referall. Was reffered june 2024 and told to wait another 6 months for appointment. 1 year in total is an absolute joke.
