I called the Medina Ohio location in 2022 for a consult on a dermotology issue. I asked over the phone if their practice sees patients for my specific need. They said "yes" and scheduled me. I showed up and when I completed the paperwork and told them why I was there again the front desk receptionist told me "We dont do what you are asking for here".
