This product did not work for my skin. I did not return the initial purchase, but a second shipment was sent after I cancelled my account. Although the Derma Muse website offers a "30 day no questions asked refund", I'm being ghosted. They offered me a 30% refund, which I declined. Now, I can't get a response.
