J’ai fait un traitement de laser V-beam sur le visage au complet à la clinique Dermamode, et je suis plus que satisfaite de mon expérience ! Avant la séance, j’étais très stressée, mais tout s’est déroulé à merveille — le traitement a même largement surpassé mes attentes. J’ai constaté environ 80 % de réduction des vaisseaux visibles liés à ma couperose. I’ve been a client for 3 years, but the quality has gone downhill. Staff keep changing, no one knows what was done before, and it causes unnecessary stress and misleading. I was charged different prices for the same area without any notice before the treatment, also I was trying to show my previous bills/ prices but no one cared, they charged me new price and treated me very bad. Spent 1800CAD on PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) hair treatment. As far as I can tell, it did not help much and they discontinued the service before my final session(s) could happen. The woman who treated me was nice and professional though but in general with these hair treatments I wish there was more raw & honest statistics and science and less marketing and vague statements.

I had my first microneedling with exosomes appointment this morning. Melissa, the clinic’s manager is a consummate professional and incredibly knowledgeable. It was lovely to speak with someone so well versed in the different avenues of anti-aging modalities. Carmen, the technician, was very kind and skilled with her work. Both women were absolute pleasures to be treated by on an early Friday morning! I have already scheduled another appointment for a different treatment with this lovely team.
