I wish I could give zero stars. I arrived essentially on time for my facial appointment yesterday. Upon arrival, a staff named Becca told me that my esthetician was “on the way” and would be just 10 minutes late, and asked me to wait. I waited patiently. After more than 20 minutes had passed, there was still no update and no staff present at the front desk.
