Beware of the artificially inflated reviews (all sponsored treatments BY dermalogica). Had a ProSkin60 facial with Ashley. The facial itself was nice & Ashley was great, but the atmosphere ain’t it. It’s basically a public facial, there’s no calming music, you hear the loud people passing by, and the LED lights are very bright (and the chair I was in was shaky). Pay a bit more, go to a real spa that uses *actual* warm towels, focuses on your décolleté, and does massages instead. I feel ripped off.

I love and only use Dermalogica but this was the worst facial of my life and it was over $200. I get hydrafacials at a spa so wanted to try not realizing this is a main floor of an office building no privacy but the facial itself was useless I felt robbed paying that 200 - it should have been max 60$ bare minimum in a dirty place I was so disappointed save your money & time go to a real spa

I've been using dermalogica products for years and it works very well on my skin. So I decided to try their hydrofacial at this specific location. Unfortunately I wasn't really happy about the treatment I felt like it was a reap off . I thought I would have a good and relaxing treatment, but it was done at their small kiosk, and people could even see me while ashley was doing the treatment. My first Pro Power Peel 60 with UltraBright Peel treatment with Ariana was amazing. Ariana took her time to explain the products that she was going to use on my skin. Great service! I definitely will be back and book an appointment with Ariana again.
