My twin sister and I wanted to thank Laila for being so wonderfully welcome and supportive of us. Your clinic's welcome desk inside of Lifetime Fitness is what we first see as we round the corner on our way to the ladies locker room and Laila always acknowledges us with a smile and warm greeting. Oftentimes, when we come down the stairs from the fitness floor, she will acknowledge our progress with kind words of support. She has become a highlight of our day and we are thankful for her.
If I could give a 10/10 I would! The front desk staff here is so kind and so helpful! Hannah and Diamond are amazing and really go out of their way to help you and make you feel safe and comfortable in all stages of the process. Nurse Edeh is fantastic at what she does.
