Wonderful experience. My stepson was anxious to begin some stretch mark removal and Dr Simin put him at ease. She is kind, honest, very knowledgeable and fair. She doesn’t over book and gives the one on one time needed for treatment, questions and discussion. We never feel rushed and very comfortable at her office! Highly recommend!!

Honestly horrible. I came here last year from a groupon and I still think about the terrible experience I had. Simin was not polite at all and the place was dingy. She was very difficult to understand and seemed annoyed with me that I could not understand her. The treatment hurt incredibly bad. The laser sent shocks deep into my nerves and it was horribly painful and she was very uncomforting the whole time. I have been to a few Beauty Spas and Derma Medical is one of my favorites! I lucked upon Derma Medical through a Groupon. I just moved to Vancouver and away from a Beauty Spa that I loved and trusted and landed in this wonderfully professional and welcoming place called Derma Medical. The owner is very knowledgeable and welcoming. She gives you advice and explains the procedure so you feel like you are in good hands. Based on only the initial interactions with this company, the website and speaking with the agents through email, it's clear that this company makes no amount of effort to put the client's mind at ease regarding the professionalism expected from a clinic or really any business.
