I highly recommend Dr. Charles and this dermatology practice. All of the folks who work here are very warm and helpful. Also, my skin is flawless thanks to them.
Awful. You must find someone other than this Miguel individual to run your office or you will run it to the ground. Dr. Asrani wrote a prescription which initially my insurance did not Approve - this man said weeks ago they were resubmitting to insurance, and simply hasn't reached out since. When I called, he was rude and short as if I was bothering him. Now will not answer any calls or emails. Really love this clinic. Very high-end. Loved Miguel at the front desk, such a lovely manner. Dr Charles was a little late but really made up for it with his patient-care. Spent time with me and i felt really understood and taken care of.
First time experience. The office is really hip and office staff are friendly. I saw Dr. Yamany for Botox and Clear and Brilliant laser treatment. Both turned out great, happy with results and looking forward to returning again soon.
