I wasn't happy with my results and attended a two week follow up appointment (first time ever needing to attend a follow up appointment in the many, many treatments I've had here and at other clinics). I felt dismissed. I was told my results were normal and that what the original staff member had done was 'technically correct'. Derm Haus is nothing short of elite care and service delviery. They provide an excellent consultation service and never pressure to go ahead with any service unless its best suited to you. I have had treatments at the Annerley with Nurse Meg, Nurse Lori and Dr Rina who have all been out standing. The clinic offers followup service to address any concerns if required which always provides me with reassurance. This clinic has been voted top 10 in Brisbane and I completely understand why.
Derm Haus provide outstanding care and services that are completely tailored to your skincare needs. The entire team at both Annerley and Bald Hills, are absolutely lovely!! and it has been a pleasure to see Derm Haus grow and blossom throughout the years! ✨
