I’ve had Botox at other clinics before and never experienced this issue. Unfortunately, both of my experiences at Derm Haus have been disappointing. I raised my concerns before my second treatment, hoping for a better result. However, I’m still unhappy with the outcome, as the skin around my nose now bunches up unnaturally whenever I smile or laugh, affecting my natural smile. I wish I’d had a better experience, especially after giving them a second chance.

I’ve been coming to the clinic for a few years now and have seen a few different members of the team, and I honestly can’t fault any of them. Every person I’ve dealt with has been so lovely, professional and knowledgeable, and I’ve always felt completely comfortable and well looked after. I’ve been a patient at Derm Haus for just over three years and have a wonderful experience at every appointment. I’ve had range of treatments at the Bald Hills Clinic and the results have been amazing.
