My daughter has now paid their bill twice and then they turned it over to a collection agency. Avoid them like the plague.
By mistake I sent them a check for $177 that should have gone to another dermatologists. When I discovered the error I called them and they promised to send the a check back. This was in April 2019. A few weeks ago I called again and spoke with Andrea a supervisor who promised to revolve this and said she would call me back. I am still waiting. Very unethical business.
They keep sending us the same bill that has already been paid. Online and on the phone our account balance is zero but they are threatening to turn us over to collections. Their phone robot keeps hanging up on us before we can talk to a human and get this straightened out. Very frustrating!
