Update as of April 2026: It appears they have gone under, website is down and CTV did an article about them being closed. No one has to worry about losing additional money from these guys. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of women’s pants in October 2025. I STILL haven’t received my order, even after several attempts at calling and emailing. Last email chain was with a Brianna Osborn, who apologized that no one got back to me and said she would look into it and get back to me “ASAP”! That was in December 17,2025. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU NEED YOUR UNIFORM IN A TIMELY MATTER/VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered my firefighting uniform for lakeland college in AUGUST of 2025, as 5Star/derks was the recommended supplier , It is now March of 2026 and I have not received my whole order. I am not one to complain as I know stuff happens BUT….a month ago I took my dress uniform in to get my bling from my old one put onto my new one and my pants altered. Twenty five minutes after I had left and paid $134 for alteration that were to be done, I receive a phone call from them saying they had not charged me enough. I live 30-40 minutes away from there business. So they said just pay the rest when I pick up (I was alright with that).
