If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a pair of women’s pants in October 2025. I STILL haven’t received my order, even after several attempts at calling and emailing. Last email chain was with a Brianna Osborn, who apologized that no one got back to me and said she would look into it and get back to me “ASAP”! That was in December 17,2025. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU NEED YOUR UNIFORM IN A TIMELY MATTER/VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered my firefighting uniform for lakeland college in AUGUST of 2025, as 5Star/derks was the recommended supplier , It is now March of 2026 and I have not received my whole order. I haven't gotten my tactical pants, uniform shirts or boots yet. My order was $900 and I have received about $150 of it (5 t shirts that I could have gotten already from the college itself). I am not one to complain as I know stuff happens BUT….a month ago I took my dress uniform in to get my bling from my old one put onto my new one and my pants altered. Twenty five minutes after I had left and paid $134 for alteration that were to be done, I receive a phone call from them saying they had not charged me enough. I live 30-40 minutes away from there business. So they said just pay the rest when I pick up (I was alright with that). I wish I would have read these reviews before placing an order. My order was placed and paid for Dec. 29th 2025. I ordered a pair of job sweaters for my work uniform out of my clothing allowance. After a a few emails requesting updates 1 was finally answered indicating that they were out of stock and would be a few weeks till more can in. It’s been 2 months, I still don’t have the sweaters. Please find another company that cares about their customers. I will be contacting the credit card company to start an investigation.
