Customer service is fine, but I'm getting collection bill for my car from 2021 tax year after I moved away, that's 4 years ago! I registered with my phone and email, but I never received such notifications, instead it goes to collection! I also remember i paid one time tax debt with the derby tax service sometime around 2023 already, now 2 years later I getting another bill and I'm not even sure that's the same bill I paid before. Why can't the tax Office just reach out to the property owners via phone, text or email? People... read more
Terrible customer service over the phone. Lady doesn't have patience nor does she want to answer questions. Too quick to get off the phone.
