Derby Homes, fraudulently rent as privated landlord to cheat people out of money. This means a deposit and no rent free weeks.. My "apartment" originally belonged to Derwent Housing, I have been in the same property since 2012 it was advertised and rented to me as a 1 bed flat with a study. Poorly fitted carpets, curtain baton hanging away from the wall, blocked guttering that was reported 3 years ago,that were not pointed out at the time.
