Wow…very disappointing experience on what was supposed to be a magical day. Shuttle van was 45min - 1hr late to take my daughter (the bride) and her bridesmaids to The Olmsted for her wedding…we missed out on an hour of photography…the driver was sitting at the wrong address…which we gave him correct address numerous times prior. WOW- what an experience I had renting from these folks. I flew into town and the rental car at the airport I had arranged ended up being a disaster. I decided to search around for an exotic car to have some fun for a few days while traveling for business. Steve was absolutely fantastic made the expedience unforgettable.
