Ecardexchange sold me a Tractor Supply Card that was confirmed to be BOGUS and no value on it ever by the Store Manager and Regional?/Corporate Manager. At first was offered full refund, then nothing, then store credit. I dealt with 4 different people in their office. Each saying something different.
