I met with Dalen Comeau several times over the last couple of months as I was trying to decide on purchasing an e-bike and, if so, what type. He was very cordial and knowledgeable in providing the advice I needed. There was no pressure and I ended up purchasing a e-bike from him. The whole experience was pleasant and professional. Derand has a great employee handling their inventory at their Orleans store.
Got a Viper remote starter about 5 years ago from Derand Motorsports. Worked great but had hard time starting it after so long not using it. The staff spent time with me changing battery and finally we realized not to push clutch only break while engaging hand break to put vehicle in ready mode. Charged me nothing. Highly recommend this company. They stand behind there work.
