Got a Viper remote starter about 5 years ago from Derand Motorsports. Worked great but had hard time starting it after so long not using it. The staff spent time with me changing battery and finally we realized not to push clutch only break while engaging hand break to put vehicle in ready mode. Charged me nothing. Highly recommend this company. They stand behind there work.
Great service young man is really helpful
Fixed the Ignition Switch. I was on my way home on the bus when Bob called me to say it was ready. The did not charge me for a new switch, as it was just a broken wire. Honest service
