Andre and Rafael were magnificent. I bought a used car from a dealership and they sold it implying it had an auto start feature. After paying for the vehicle at the dealership I realized the autostart wasn’t working. I came to Derand to get it looked at because the dealership said it was now ‘out of their hands’, I was very upset. Andre was very kind and helpful and fixed my issue swiftly. Amazing and very quick service. They’re very kind and changed my appointment time last minute and accommodated me as much as possible! Best place I’ve gone to to get my remote starter fixed!
I haven’t been to store tho I saw them partaking in parade of lights in Orleans and thought they were a funny little clown car. I think I actually saw our PM drive one in parade!
