Went to.purchase and ebike today and I had a budget set. The gentleman whom works there named Jayden, was supper nice. The bike was over my budget and Jayden brought the price down to meet my needs. He was knowledgeable and gave me a few options to choose from. However after looking at the bike I wanted and knew is was not in my price range Jayden made it possibly for me to but that bike . Good selection of ebikes. They answered all my questions clearly. When I asked they took the time to explain the difference between the highend and lowend bicycles (both in terms of price and function). I chose some in the middling range and they helped me zero in on 2 that would be a good fit for my body type and for where I was going to use it. I like the one I bought and would buy there again.
