I went to the Carling store and found the service to be absolutely amazing. The staff was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. They took the time to direct me to exactly what I was looking for if you were looking for an E bike and you’re in the Ottawa area. I definitely would suggest that you go by Derand.
I bought a Mistic Ecolo Cycle from Derand and am very pleased with it. The bike is awesome and the price was very reasonable. The salesperson - Jaden - was knowledgeable, personable and, most importantly, did not try to pressure or oversell the product. Overall, a 10/10 for this business and product.
