My experience here was unfortunately very bad. I needed to buy two rotors, called ahead and was told they have one of the rotors but not the other, but had a rotor and adapter that would work. When I talked to what I think is the owner in person, I was very clear that I would use the rotor and adapter as backup if I couldn’t find the exact rotor I needed in Revelstoke. The people working there were super helpful and knowledgeable about bikes, parts and accessories. They were really friendly and beneficial to the community. They gave us advice on trails to check out, as well. Love this bike store. Highly recommend stopping in.
We were in from out of province for the week and had some bike troubles. They were quick to help me and get me back riding. They broke down the issue and explained the necessary steps. These guys really helped me out. They had a lot of great stuff and quality gear. Friendly and easy to talk bikes with. Appreciate the business.
I arrived in Golden a few days ago to ride for the first time ever (ridden a lot of places in BC but this was my first time here) to discover that I had a flat tire. My first stop the next morning was to Derailed Sports and it turned out I had a bad tire and had goo seeping through a seem that shouldn't have been there. They had me rolling in a couple of hours.
