I told this mean man I had p.t.s.d. from burying my parents ! & he was soo rude to me too ! They don't belong working with the public , they need to be retrained or fired ! Seriously will never call back there! And be treated like that again , I have had enough trauma , to put up with jerks like this on the phone I give them a negative - 0 ! That's my rating ! 🤬🤬🤬
Whoever the lady on the phone is, I hope she gets her life sorted out. I've never talked to someone so grumpy and rude over the phone while trying to ask for help on how to proceed through the process. Holy cow! Those whole 4mins on the phone were miserable.
I called with simple questions I was asking very kindly, truly curious with how this process I was dealing with worked. This woman was so rude, I was mid question and she hung up on me.
