I took my necklace in for the lobster claw hook to be replaced for my daughter. This was a thick heavy chain and they replaced the necklace with a lighter weight thinner chain. Even the size of the claw hook is smaller in comparison. The chain we had almost filled the pendent bail and this chain is so thin in comparison with lots of room around it.
