My experience with Harris Real Estate was extremely disappointing. I found the communication poor, the accountability lacking, and the customer service well below what I expected. Rather than taking responsibility for issues, I felt there was a culture of victim blaming, where tenants were made to feel like they were the problem instead of genuine concerns being addressed professionally.
