I recently purchased Velcro tabs for my steno writer and they are CRAP!!! They no longer have an easy peel product like they did. Now they're individual pieces and you can't get the backing off!! No customer service available and you cannot return products. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I've been a reporter for 40 years so take my word for it. This company has gone way downhill. Stay away from it, please, for your own safety and spend your money elsewhere!!!!!
Awesome experience with this company (and specifically the individual I worked with - Katherine). Helped with organizing a rather complicated telephonic deposition on very short notice. Would absolutely use again and reccomend.
