My booking was done very last minute because I had to be somewhere for work but my car needed some repairs. Despite that, Jake was incredible. He was quick to answer all my questions and was always available if needed throughout my trip. The car was sparkling clean, and it fantastic condition. It was my first time using this service but I would recommend it to anybody. The ease of booking, pick up and drop off and Jake's excellent customer service made this a 5 star experience.

Hello My van engined died, I was in a tight situation as I live in the country. Operating a small seasonal business of my own, with a family of 7 was hard without a vehicle. I do not have a major credit card so could not rent with normal rental companies. I found dependable rides, and contacted him immediately. His response time was quick, and helped me a lot.
