If I could give them a zero I would. They constantly take nurses placed with your family to send them to other people. They open new cases all the time without being able to fill the nursing hours on the cases they already have open. They just called me up, said they were discharging my kids case and took away the one nurse they had providing some of their care without any warning or notice.
