Horrible. Never get a call back. You pay for express results and still wait 6 weeks 3 months to hear or see anything. They promise to do way more than they can. Only thing they can have removed is stuff you have already paid. If its reported through a well known buisness like Chase, Wells Fargo there is no getting rid of it. Full of false promises and at the end of the day its about them making money. Stupidest thing I did was refer a friend with out seeing the results for my self now he is to out $800
