APT was evaded constantly and everything I owned was stolen. Unimaginable rent heights and constant harassment, ended up in court where they lost but by then I was a nervous wreck and couldn't find an apartment for two years!?
They don't care what the tentents d as long as u pay that rent
Just moved in 7mos. ago. Inconvenient to leave your apt daily, for renovation, crew could be friendier. Moving out of here!? Some prejudiced, some overly friendly tenants...Walking around with no masks!? I want to move yesterday!
The Apartment building is generally poorly kept and now renovations are being done all together and abruptly. Residents are being told to stay out of their apartment units from 8am to 4pm. The people who planned this were extremely inconsiderate because there are residents who work and need to be able to use their apartment units. Some residents do not have other living arrangements. Which is likely to be the case for people who need low income housing. This place is a headache and is poorly run.
