My son noel vazquez,was living at hallstead for two years ,he had been mentally abused by staff jessica,harrased by sandy,and physically abused by other client,was attacked kicked,and the staff took sides and put my son in the hospital when he was the victim.i file complaint with many agency and Noone didn't listen.not even you guys.
BEWARE!!!! Don’t trust rep payee they will take advantage of their clients and lie when you call them out. The lady who is in charge of rep payee is a joke and is the main issue . You can’t talk to anyone about it even QM because they will cover it up or won’t look into the real issues going on. 1.She won’t pay her clients rent on time and make excuses on why it was late. 2. Due to Covid 19 it has been a touch more difficult to get in touch with them but thankfully Have card to put money on. They all have been nice to me. I am deeply grateful for them and am now working on me getting more independence financially. But nervous a bit about that been a long time coming.
