I live at DePaul Batavia, my neighbor called me a racial slur. I filed a police report & management ignored me & refused to intervene. Instead of intervening when residents have issues, they instruct us to call the police on each other. The full videos with sound are on FB & Insta. Damon (property manager) & Jeff (maintenance) have retaliated against me & are harassing me. Jeff stands outside my window to intimidate me & I am very afraid of him. My son noel vazquez,was living at hallstead for two years ,he had been mentally abused by staff jessica,harrased by sandy,and physically abused by other client,was attacked kicked,and the staff took sides and put my son in the hospital when he was the victim.i file complaint with many agency and Noone didn't listen.not even you guys.
