Terrible. The absolute worst experience with background checks and waiting forever. Only in Massachusetts.
Awful
After my son was assaulted at on the road again elc in Malden I counted on eec and dcf to do the job they are paid to do and make sure that never happens to another child at that center again, they did nothing. They actively helped on the road again make up a story and continue to protect the staff that caused his injuries. That woman still works with toddlers
