Terrible. The absolute worst experience with background checks and waiting forever. Only in Massachusetts.
Awful
After my son was assaulted at on the road again elc in Malden I counted on eec and dcf to do the job they are paid to do and make sure that never happens to another child at that center again, they did nothing. They actively helped on the road again make up a story and continue to protect the staff that caused his injuries. That woman still works with toddlers
If I could rate 0 I would. After 20 years of providing care with an impecable record, I had a incident due to someone else's oversight and the department turned their back on me. Karen Brown sat in my living room with DCF Tom Hills and watched my video of the events and saw that LPD, Trinity Ambulance had lied on their report, and yet did absolutely nothing to stop the false allegations.
