The customer service is very bad
-0 Stars! Terrible scammers they out here scamming people it takes months for the to get back to you very unprofessional. Tierra seems nice at first but she is unprofessional and gives inaccurate information. I am definitely reporting them to the Irs! I paid for audit service that i never recieved when I got audited. STILL WAITING ON HER TO GET BACK TO ME! 6 + months, lies after lies I am outraged. Bbb here I come never have i had such a unprofessional tax preparer. I wish i could give a 0.On Saturday 4/09/2022 I reached out to Robin at Denver Tax and asked her if she was available to do my taxes still, she replied yes tomorrow at 11am. I agreed and went to 3190 S Vaughn way suite 550 when I pulled up Sunday . We went through my information and I advised her I needed this year and 2 years prior done(2021, 2020, 2019). I probably won't be using them again next year. I did get the most I've gotten back ever! That was cool, however I am praying I don't get audited. I claimed a dependent and my dependent also filed his taxes but was marked as HOH. He still has not received his taxes. I don't think the person who prepared my taxes paid attention when preparing my son's as well. Also, they charge a percentage. H&R block charged a flat fee of $400.
