Horrible customer service from Melissa who never answers the phone or takes days to reply to my emails. Jennifer is unprofessional and should find another job as they SERVED the wrong person and billed me for this garbage service. I will also be posting on Yelp and FB. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PROCESS SERVER as they ripped me off!!!
Melissa has been absolutely awesome. Has helped me regarding a case I've had to deal with for well over 4 years now to serve the subject/defendant in my case and has been successful 100% of the time. I can count on Melissa to do a stellar job and would highly recommend!!
Neglected to answer questions and clarify, rude and terrible company. (Reply) There was no answer to “like” because you never clarified the simple question I asked maybe I was asking too many questions for you and the fact you’re arguing under a google review show your level of professionalism
