The lady I spoke with was nice, but they no longer have a process service.
My documents were not served at all. They not only missed a deadline but did not inform me of that.

Horrible customer service from Melissa who never answers the phone or takes days to reply to my emails. Jennifer is unprofessional and should find another job as they SERVED the wrong person and billed me for this garbage service. I will also be posting on Yelp and FB. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PROCESS SERVER as they ripped me off!!!
Melissa has been absolutely awesome. Has helped me regarding a case I've had to deal with for well over 4 years now to serve the subject/defendant in my case and has been successful 100% of the time. I can count on Melissa to do a stellar job and would highly recommend!!
