Horrible customer service from Melissa who never answers the phone or takes days to reply to my emails. Jennifer is unprofessional and should find another job as they SERVED the wrong person and billed me for this garbage service. I will also be posting on Yelp and FB. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PROCESS SERVER as they ripped me off!!!
Melissa has been absolutely awesome. Has helped me regarding a case I've had to deal with for well over 4 years now to serve the subject/defendant in my case and has been successful 100% of the time. I can count on Melissa to do a stellar job and would highly recommend!!
Neglected to answer questions and clarify, rude and terrible company. (Reply) There was no answer to “like” because you never clarified the simple question I asked maybe I was asking too many questions for you and the fact you’re arguing under a google review show your level of professionalism
Very grateful for their professionalism and quick response. We had a very narrow window to serve the other party as they were planning on leaving town. I paid for the rush service and they were able to serve the other party when they were observed out in public. They were quick to get here once I informed them of this. Thank you for your help and for relieving my anxiety. I look forward to getting the affidavit of service and hopefully putting an end to this nightmare with the other party.
