I don’t appreciate being belittled or talked to like I am stupid. Just because someone doesn’t know an answer to a question doesn’t give anyone the right to say the things that were said. Mike Ryan should think before he speaks to someone in any way.

Mike Ryan is the rudest accountant I have ever been to. He's confusing, and gets angry when you ask questions about your tax return.

I've been using this place for 17 years and they always treated customers good. Unfortunately, the woman who works there now is terrible to the customers. It's not good to belittle the people who pay you.

We’ve been using DPT for years, and every conversation I’ve had to have with Mike Ryan due to his incompetence, (confusing emails and answers) he’s downright rude. It’s very apparent he dislikes his job, knee jerks and I always end up feeling like my call has inconvenienced him. There’s many places to have your taxes prepared. Go elsewhere if you want to deal with a happy accountant and get good customer service and competence.
