No communication whatsoever. I emailed 4 days prior just to confirm the reservation, no response. Again emailed 2 days prior with no response. Later that day after the second email I called and he did answer but sounded like a scam call center in the background. He said it was a zoom call and if he could call me back. Never called back. Dude on the end of the phone, think John just hangs up on you when you have questions. Like bro I’m not paying you 5 bucks for this service. So excuse the clients if they have questions. So nah I dodged a bullet, if that’s the attitude already I can’t imagine the service. I won’t be getting yall, also I’m an event planner and had recommended yall before but from now on I’ll be advising other companies. I just never had to call myself but now that I did. A TRAINWRECK of a company if I’ve ever seen one. Paid for a party bus in full 3 weeks prior to my birthday and the day of they don’t even show up- “John” was pulling every excuse he could- btw there’s multiple guys going by “John”- this company is a scam. They nearly ruined my birthday. DONT BOOK THEM.
