For the price, I had hoped they would be more flexible. They charge $300 for a 30 minute headshot. My hairstylist no call no showed and ended up delaying me to where I'd miss my appointment. I called immediately and they threw the terms and conditions at me. They wanted me to pay another $175 to rebook which would make a thirty minute appointment $450 which is more than they charge hourly! That's their prerogative and policy. We had a fantastic experience working with the DHC team for our accounting firm. From Jackie working with us to plan our needs, to Andrew at the shoot, and Rosemarie following up with our proofs, it was completely seamless. We got exactly what we were needing and have already gotten a ton of use out of the new images. Highly recommend for any corporate photography needs!
