Charles is a miracle worker. Getting fitted was an enjoyable, educational experience and has doubled the time I can comfortably spend in-saddle.
So impressed with James (owner) and his team here. They are incredibly thorough, detailed, with deep deep knowledge of racing bikes. Perfect for my racing type!
I had a great experience getting my fitting done with Charles, and highly recommend him! He was thorough, personable, and worked with me step-by-step through the process and the outcome was terrific, leaving me with the perfect fit. John and James were also super helpful, taking their time to talk me through bike part options and bike models (something I came in considering), as well as fixing up my brakes before I left my fitting.
I had a thoroughly positive experience. I echo the other positive reviews about Charles Van Atta's skills and knowledge and approach to his work but I want to add something specific: he heard my softly-spoken concerns about my budget and rather than just trying to extract every possible dollar from me he reconfigured my session on-the-fly to maximize my return on investment, comfort-wise.
