To be clear - a relative (not my brother) did work here which is why I thought going to them for a client event would be smooth. This is NOT a fake review. It is rather unreal - in the absolute.worst.way. As a corporate event planner - my Coordinator reached out. Upon contacting this company - it took several unanswered emails and phone calls, plus the online form, to get through. We wanted and agreed to hire a car for an event.
