Hired this firm, which lists only William Thode as an attorney on their staff page. Received a lawyer named Brian Boney instead. Signed the engagement agreement and paid the retainer. That was the last I heard from anyone at the firm. I emailed several times seeking advice and assistance with my legal issue. No response, EVER. Finally got Brian on the phone and fired him.
