Ignorant, misleading and RUDE people work here. Pretty reflective of the 3 star rating they have received from the public. After all that put you through to an assistant who cant be bothered setting up their voicemail. Round and round we go.
Absolutely terrible to deal with. Lack of professionalism and attention to detail. They’ve made several mistakes on the legal documents and now charging over $2,500 for a change order (a simple boiler plate form). Take your business elsewhere!
Don’t use this company for any real estate transactions. Good luck getting your sales proceeds. They feel because they are so big, they don’t have to follow the rules they are hired to enforce.
