My experience was great. The receptionist Nicole was very nice and professional over the phone and in person. This law firm prepares their clients well for the first consultation by sending a special form to understand their clients needs better. Attorney Jay Parmelee was very helpful and knowledgeable about my issue. Thank you everyone for your help.

Hannah was very professional, detailed and her calming demeanor put me at ease. I appreciated this greatly as this was my first time seeking legal counsel. She was able to first let me know if a case was there and then fully walked me through the options or avenues I had in pursuing a conclusion in my matter.
