I’ve called several times to get an update on my child’s bus route but no one has answered or returned my calls. School starts tomorrow and we have no idea about my child’s transportation route. 1st day I called the rude lady hung up on me and now absolutely nothing. This is totally unacceptable.
My daughter goes to LaGrone Academy and this is her 2nd year attending this school. We live in Providence Village, the same address we had for last school year. Nothing has changed. But yet trying to register her for the school bus is becoming an unnecessary complicated process. For some reason the app is saying “rejected” when we try to register her. This bus driver just ran me into oncoming traffic, cause he was too busy playing on his phone. I assume thought that was illegal in Texas. I’ll be getting a dash cam so next time I’ll just let them hit me
