Literally the worst experience trying to get in touch with the direction of transportation. Have called 5+ times, left voicemails, sent emails, and nobody responds.
If i could give 0 stars I would. My children ride bus 302 and have been late EVERYDAY to school. I'm a working parent as well as many others and we depend on the Denton isd transportation to get our children to school safe and ON TIME! If I were dropping off my children late everyday I would be in truancy court this is unacceptable!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would.! Put transportation in place for one child last year for this school year and the bus hasn’t come for her not once. This morning I finally was able to see the bus on the app and it went right to the school never picked up my child. They were supposed to call the driver and I literally watched the driver leave the school and drive back to the bus barn. All while I was on hold and they never clicked back over to tell me anything.
