If I can put 0 stars I would. First day of school and the bus was 1 hour and 25 minutes late. After school the bus driver had no clue where he was going and had us kids give him directions. He had directions on the paper but missed a turn and got lost. I get out of school at 3:30. Got pick up around 3:40 something, and got home at 6:08 completely unacceptable.
I'm having the hardest time getting ahold of anybody. I get transferred and they tell me to leave messages but no one ever calls me back and sometimes when I call they just pick up the phone and hang up they don't even answer it. I've been calling for the last 2 weeks trying to make sure that my son has a ride to school and in the app it still does not show him having a schedule. I do not have a vehicle and I cannot get him to school. Nobody will help me. I don't understand what the issue is.
