If I could give 0 stars I would.! Put transportation in place for one child last year for this school year and the bus hasn’t come for her not once. This morning I finally was able to see the bus on the app and it went right to the school never picked up my child. They were supposed to call the driver and I literally watched the driver leave the school and drive back to the bus barn. All while I was on hold and they never clicked back over to tell me anything. SOMEBODY FIRE THE DRIVER AND HELPER ON SPED BUS 227. They come 7-10 minutes before and park on the outer edge and have a smoke break. Then they circle around the building before picking up my son at the wrong location and wait 30 seconds before leaving.
Im here to say Denton ISD Transportation y'all need to get it together. This has been the second day in a row that bus 302 did not come and get the kids AGAIN this morning. Yesterday, my little cousin took the bus home from school and it was 50 mins late. Then when my cousin asked “ what time do you normally show up” the bus driver said “ it depends” and then proceeded to tell her to ask the other kids. Bus transport is mess we are paying taxes for transportation for our child But bus are full some kids dont seat well My kid did nit seat well cause this bus and bus driver rules for 1 seat for 3 kids, they are tired from school and you want them to either not comfortably seat or half butt seated this is disgrace paying taxes for this bus transportation do something denton isd
