I arrived just before closing time, but treatment was courteous and professional. Minimal waiting time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
This tax assessor does not accept inspection passes from counties outside of Denton. That's fine, Texas allows each tax assessor to determine their own rules. What's not fine is the clerk taking inspection passes and refusing to give it back. My autistic brother went here to get his sticker renewed and the clerk refused to give him back his inspection pass. He did not know what to do so he left. They absolutely suck at getting your registration sticker very terrible very slow people
