Waited 30 min then apparently I was skipping had to start over with a new number. Absolutely trash system and no help to get
It was fast & even though I didn't have an appointment, i went to the kios put in my info & within a few minutes I was in & out!
I visited the Denton County tax office Lewisville today. Since I moved to Texas, I went to register my car. I didn't have a appointment but didn't wait long. And kris who helped me is really kind. He changed my thinking about government employees. He was kind enough to help me and understood my poor English well. I was very satisfied and comfortable with his attitude. Thank you so much.
Regardless of construction and having to go in and out from the side entrance things are still pretty fast going.
They have one job, help the public. Someone needs to remind them of this.
