Listen, government entities usually move slow and have the most complaint. I 100% thought I’d be complaining today, but I walked away more than pleasantly surprised. Yari, Elena, Randi, and Valerie went above and beyond to help me. I have been wanting to get DV plates for my vehicles for a long time and just haven’t pulled the trigger. Super busy and the screens were not working so you have know idea what number they are on.
Terrible experience. The staff here are unprofessional, unorganized, and have no idea what they’re doing. They waste your time, give you the wrong information, and act like they don’t care at all. Completely useless office — avoid this place at all costs if you value your time and sanity.
