Please do the city of Denton a favor and fire that Hispanic lady that works there no one should feel how she made me feel today all i wanted was to transfer my truck to my name and she made it seem like if I was a criminal trying to transfer a stolen truck because orginal owner scratched up on tittle to make a correction what a waste of time and tax payer money

For cars purchased out of state, while you are a Texas resident; none of the following information is online: You can only do registration at office in which the dealer sent the paperwork, unless you previously have it moved to the office you want to visit. They are 3 weeks behind on incoming mail(at this review time), so if you want to get your car registered you must have the tracking number of the mail sent, so they can go find it in the back. I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing. The staff member with braids seated at Chair 5 did not greet me or communicate what she was doing throughout the appointment—we sat in silence for nearly 20 minutes while she slowly flipped through a paper.
