The people who help are great but it's SUPER SLOW WITH UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS.
It took 6 weeks, 6 trips to two tax assessors offices to finally get assistance by Mikaela at this office. Could she tell me I was missing proof for my out of state title transfer, sure but she didn’t. She used common sense, got her manager involved and actually did the right thing! I had all the paperwork and evidence to prove the audit trail but it took time to understand the error made by AAA when handling the initial title transfers.
