My request for a penalty waiver was given zero consideration. "It's legal for us to penalize you, so that's that" was all I got. If you have any option, don't deal with Wendy. She does not care about you in any way.
My title was recently sent to this building from California for vehicle registration. It arrived on Feb 21 which the workers (Allison, Haley and Tommy) acknowledged its arrival but stated they could not find it. Then stated it was processed and sent back. Could not provide reason for sent back or where/when due to no tracking. This is very frustrating as I'm literally in the wind about this process. IF, it gets lost or overlooked then what, no way of knowing. Couldn't give me a timeframe either.
Latoya was BY FAR THE BEST person to handle anyone's case. She was by the book double checked and made sure everything was legit BUT at the same time was friendly understanding fast and efficient. The 1st lady I got ....not so much. I truly appreciated Latoya and I just had to come here and say it. You all did good hiring a worker like her . Give her a raise!!
Randy on station 19 decided not to take my number because 2l3 title transfers would take more than 10 minutes to process. My number was then skipped 4 times. I was not called back and lost my spot.
