If you get the bigger lady that has tattoos & piercings she will not help you at all. I advise you if you’re reading this to ask for someone else or just be next in line. She kept saying “I’m not going to help you by looking through your paperwork”. She was the biggest let down of customer service I’ve experienced in years.

I moved from Tarrant to Denton Co. Today was my first, and I pray only, visit here. I clocked in at 3:06:54, #A185. I was called up at 4:12 and done at 4:18 having two items tended to. WHO is responsible for the horrendous wait time? City Council? This facility’s manager? The waiting room was full of citizens losing productivity due to wasted time. WHY hasn’t this been fixed after years of numerous poor reviews? Your goal should be a maximum wait time of 20 minutes. 10-15 minutes would be ideal. Shame on Denton County!
