I had high hopes for Dentler's Java Wood product based on its description, which emphasized durability and long-lasting use. Unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. Within just 10 minutes of giving it to my dog, the chew was already significantly worn down, far from the “hours of enjoyment”. J'ai acheté un produit en magasin, mais après quelques semaines je me suis rendu compte qu'il y avait un défaut et j'ai contacté la compagnie par courriel. Le service que j'ai reçu a été au-dessus de mes attentes! Des réponses rapides et une proposition d'un remplacement de produit! Dès le lendemain j'ai reçu le nouveau bois de java directement à la maison! Merci beaucoup!

Mon chien adore leur bâton au bacon fumée . Celui ci l'occupe pendant des heures. Très satisfait de se produit😊

I saw these at a dog show in Drummondville last year when I worked as a driver for the show. The salesman told me they wouldn’t die in 5 minutes as my Great Danes are power chewers and he was right. I bought the XL and gave them to my dogs for Xmas. And they are still like new. And the dogs still go at them every day. Awesome tough toys and good for their teeth. Thank you.
