Same experience as in 2023, 2024 and now 2025 Great dental treatment, poor receptionist experience. Clean, bright and pleasant after yet another refit. Been going here for over 30 years & my usual dentist is as professional as ever. However the older of the two receptionists on duty was still unwelcoming, didn't use my name, or engage with eye contact and there wasn't a smile or a please and thank you to be seen.
We have had the same dentist since my son was 7. He is now 15. He is unfazed by his visits as he is treated with kindness and respect. The dentist’s advice is taken on board as she delivers it with respect and professionalism. I would highly recommend and will continue to use for as long as we can. Thank you
I have been going to this Dental practice now for about 30 years and have to say I'm delighted with the politeness and helpfulness of the staff. I recently attended for a hygienist session. Bit anxious as I have a lot of sensitivity but the clinician was very understanding and careful throughout the procedure.
