I was referred to the surgery for wisdom tooth removal, such a welcoming practice friendly and polite very professional. I'd like to say a big thank you to dr hari hunjan and his dental nurse with him apologise as i didnt remember her name went above and beyond to treat me. I'm currently a nhs patient due to ill health I wasn't judged I was treated very well and once I'm back on my feet and working I will join this practice I highly recommend them! Thank-you to all the staff here.
I saw Raj today and he instantly put me at ease, I had huge dental anxiety as my mental health has lead me to neglect my teeth, Raj was very patient with me and didn’t not judge me for what I have caused to me teeth, I feel very respect and cared for by the practice already
I am embarrassed to leave this (for reasons linked to disability), but I have to write a review of the service I received today. Firstly, I have (very) severe complex post-traumatic stress disorder (amongst other results of chronic trauma). I am a sincerely fearful person with social anxiety because of my mental health disability (and negative experiences). Bavesh and his assistant are absolutely amazing, they are very patient and extremely professional and extremely caring, all the staff are friendly and caring and are always ready to greet patients with a lovely smile, all the ladies that work in reception are warm, caring and professional too, everyone who works there work to the highest standard to give us patients a service that leaves us feeling extremely grateful that we are in their very capable hands.
