I ask for help to fix my DLS burnout oven. I drove from San Diego to Orange County . The owner suggested I purchase a new thermocouple($65) and heating elements($150). I got the oven working by replacing only the heating elements. The next day I asked if I could return a thermocouple that I did not use for a refund. Only reason not a 5 is they dont have everything I may need last min. That is fine because for the basics they are a great co. We have bought equipment from them, and if ever had a need to return they were fine with that. Been coming here since the late 90s so I really dont think they are going any where Eric B.
