Our company signed up in hopes it would have better customer service and less technical issues than our previous software we were using. We were over sold and Dental Intel has under delivered. Not worth it for how much it costs and the constant outages it has with zero customer support.
Terrible experience and terrible customer support. No one on their team is on the same page so I get different information each time I call. I purchased an existing dental practice that uses DI and this service has been the hardest service to transfer over. I am three months into this nightmare of transferring over this service.
Updated review 02/20/26--Unable to get in contact with customer support. We were told to open a ticket for help and we addressed the issue we were needing help with and we keep getting an auto response saying they are looking in to it and within 24 hours we get an automated email back asking if we still need help even though our issue hasn't been addressed or resolved. Really bad customer support. Constant issues that take a doctorate degree in herding cats in order to get you guys to do anything about.
I am writing this review in hopes of getting a response from Dental Intel, as all of my emails and calls go unanswered. Analytics has not synced since 1/6/2026. We've put a ticket in, escalated it, and still cannot use analytics. The response I get is "our engineers are working on it". I just cannot accept that as an answer, especially since we are paying for something we can't use. At this point, I am ready to make a change. Customer support is not horrible, it just isn't there at all!
