Terrible experience from start to finish. They keep overcharging me for the Analytics portion even though it was supposed to be removed months ago and I’ve been “confirmed” multiple times that it was fixed. Still shows up on every invoice. The software is glitchy, unstable, and has lots of downtime. Nothing works the way it’s supposed to, and support just keeps bouncing me around without ever resolving anything.
